We invite you to spend a relaxing time at our farm in beautiful Jütchendorf near Berlin and Potsdam. For this, we offer you a newly built and fully equipped apartment. The space The apartment: The apartment is on the top floor and is accessible via a private entrance by an external staircase. - 70 m² - Open living area with dining area, sofa, fireplace and TV -Wifi - Bedroom with large double bed (1.80 m) and large built-in wardrobe - Bathroom with underfloor heating and freestanding shower, towels, soap, toilet paper - Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, coffee capsules, tea, kettle, good pots and pans, toaster, gas stove, electric oven, olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper - Balcony with views of the countryside - Seating at the private lake with garden table, chairs, garden lounger, small swimming area, grill - Close connection to Berlin and Potsdam Guest access Jütchendorf is located in the northern part of the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park, nestled in landscape and nature reserves. We manage the farm organically with a lot of passion and seven horses live in our stable and our dear giant poodle dog moves freely on the farm. Riders use the farm, lake and terrace. However, there is no riding school and it is very relaxed and quiet. During the week, you will have the farm almost to yourself. Our farm is surrounded by smaller and larger swimming lakes, whereby the property's own small lake is also suitable for a little refreshment. You can share the terrace, grill, etc. The Fontane hiking trail passes our farm. Discover the rugged beauty of the Brandenburg countryside with idyllic villages on foot or by bike. Inns with regional offers invite you to linger. The Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park offers various activities with the Nature Park Center in the neighboring village. If you want to skate or cycle extensively, you will love the Fläming-Skate, a 230 km skater/cyclist route located 25 minutes south of us. Prefer culture? Potsdam with its sights can be reached quickly. Berlin - Mitte with all its possibilities can be reached in 25 minutes by regional train from Ludwigsfelde. By car, you can be at Kurfürstendamm in 30 minutes. Or you can simply make yourself comfortable on the balcony or enjoy your time with us by the lake on the terrace with a grill. Other things to note My husband and I moved from Berlin to the beautiful countryside. We live with our dog Trude on the adjacent property.
