Loft in the countryside with lake access

We invite you to spend a relaxing time on our farm in beautiful Jütchendorf near Berlin and Potsdam. For this, we offer you our newly built attic apartment, furnished with love, modernly decorated and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The space The apartment: The apartment is in the attic and can be reached via its own entrance by external stairs. - 70m2 - Open plan living area with dining area, sofa, fireplace and TV - Fast WiFi - bedroom with large double bed (1.80 m) and large fitted wardrobe - Bathroom with floor heating and a freestanding shower, towels, soap, toilet paper - Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, coffee capsules, tea, kettle, good pots and pans, toaster, gas stove, electric oven, olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper - Balcony with views of the countryside, to the horses and your own little lake. - We offer you a nice seating area on our own lake with a garden table, chairs, garden loungers, a swimming area and a barbecue - Close access to Berlin and Potsdam. By regional train you are in 20 minutes at the main train station and in 30 minutes at Alexanderplatz. Guest access Jütchendorf is located in the northern part of the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park nestled in landscape and nature reserves. We manage the farm organically with a lot of passion, and seven horses live in our stable. Our lovely Great Poodle female dog moves freely on the farm. If you bring a dog, we will of course be considerate. Our farm is surrounded by smaller and larger swimming lakes. Your own little lake on the property awaits you. The water has been analyzed and is of drinking water quality. It is also wonderfully refreshing. The Fontane hiking trail passes by our farm. Discover the rugged beauty of the Brandenburg landscape with idyllic villages on foot or by bike. Inns with regional offers invite you to stay. The Nature Park-Nuthe-Nieplitz offers various activities with the nature park center in neighboring village. If you want to skate or cycle extensively, you will love the Fläming skate, a skater/cyclist route 25 minutes south of us and a total of 230 km. Prefer culture? Potsdam with its sights is quickly reached. Berlin - Mitte with all its possibilities can be reached by regional train from Ludwigsfelde in 25 minutes. By car in 30 minutes you are at Kurfürstendamm. Or you can just make yourself comfortable on the balcony or enjoy your time with us at the lake on the terrace with barbecue. Other things to note My husband and I moved from Berlin to the beautiful countryside. We live with our dog Trude on the adjacent property.
