All rooms come furnished with air conditioning, unlimited free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, bar fridge, modern wash basin, hair-dryer, full-length mirror, vanity mirror, wardrobe, and tea and coffee facilities. Your Compact Single room includes a premium Pillow Top Queen Sized bed for up to 2 guests. With crisp linen, warm hues and fluffy towels provided - we offer an affordable and cosy home away from home. All rooms provide well-appointed bathrooms for guest use located externally to your room, just steps from your doorway. Each bathroom boasts a modern wash basin and fixtures and luxury Two Good Co. soap amenities. These are far from your ordinary communal bathrooms fitted with premium amenities, and offer privacy not being shared with others whilst in use. The Jensen Potts Point is a boutique guest house, with similar services to a boutique hotel. All rooms at The Jensen Potts Point offer shared bathrooms for guests during their stay. Rest assured, our facilities are meticulously cleaned, with all washrooms thoroughly cleaned twice daily. Your allocated washroom will be locked when in use. You'll find your shared, allocated washroom either adjacent or just a few steps away from your room. Towels are supplied in your room, and each bathroom is immaculately maintained by our housekeeping team and checked regularly by management. Regular housekeeping ensures all of our valued guests enjoy the benefits of both a local experience and a quality accommodation experience. Power adapters, laundry service and concierge offerings are all available through our friendly guest services team. Guest access Guests Services is open from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm. Guests are welcome to check in at any time during these hours; however, rooms are guaranteed to be ready after 2.00 pm. Once guests have checked in, they can freely come and depart as they please with customised access. Those who wish to check in outside of guest services hours are most welcome to do so, however, prior arrangements must be made with our team to ensure a smooth and easy arrival. Due to this reason, we ask that all guests advise us of their arrival time. This will enable us to be sure of a smooth arrival and access to your prepared room. Offsite parking is available to all Guests and is located about a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Tickets can be issued upon check-in and at a 24hr rate of $30.00. Payment will be taken at the time of booking and modifications or cancellation are not allowed. Group Reservations of 3 rooms or more We require a 25% deposit at the time of the booking to hold the rooms. This will be taken at time of booking confirmation. A further 50% is required 30 days prior to arrival. The balance of 25% is payable 7 days prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled after the first payment and before the 2nd payment a 10% cancellation fee applies. If the booking is cancelled after the 2nd payment the 25% initial deposit is non-refundable. After the final payment is made there are to be no changes or refunds.
