Off-leash dog beaches are nearby, house-trained pets are welcome ( a one-off fee applies) but there is no fenced off-yard. The perfect getaway for couples or families/friends and fur-kids! The space Ocean Breeze Apartment is only 10 houses north of Lake Illawarra inlet and patrolled surfing beach. With a handy boat ramp, fishing and water sports are very popular. Many local bird colonies abound, making bird watching enjoyable. We are an easy stroll to local eateries and public transport. Located within close proximity to Port Kembla Golf Club, Kiama, Fitzroy Falls, Shellharbour Village, Illawarra Fly and Nan Tien Temple to name a few. The cycleway around the lake is along this street. It is easy walking for all ages. Be as active as you want or simply come and relax for a getaway. Guest access Access to this completely private modern apartment is via a separate entry off the front porch. Tastefully furnished, the apartment has a spacious bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed and mirrored built in wardrobes. A modern large bathroom contains a semi-frameless shower and full-size bath (just pefect for a relaxing soak). There is a separate toilet and washbasin. The front loungeroom has a compact modern kitchenette, with microwave and fridge, and a comfortable double sofa bed lounge and dining area. All linen is provided. R/C aircon throughout the apartment. Hassle- free WiFi, Netfix, Stan and a large TV. Enjoy a coffee or wine sitting on your own sunny porch. Other things to note Your own kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster and electric jug. We provide an electric frypan (for that fish you might catch!) as there is no cooktop in the kitchenette. Tea, coffee and starter breakfast provided. There is an information sheet provided, with a guide to the local cafes and restaurant menus, medical services, transport and internet access. All linen is provided. Bin liners are located in the kitchenette cupboard. Check-in is 3pm (unless earlier arrival has been negotiated prior). Late check-out maybe possible (must be requested at booking).
