Our ground floor Studio has a double bed & single trundle. Own entrance/deck, great for an independent stay. Free tea, coffee, bikes. Surfboard hire. Surf beach 2 min walk, Bike tracks a 10 min drive, Bay of Fires 30 min drive, Freycinet/Wineglass Bay 1-20 min drive . Although our house is well insulated expect the occasional sound from above. The space The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner leads through a sliding glass door onto your own private deck where you can chill out and relax or cook alfresco . Guest access Guests access is up 4 steps onto a deck and through a sliding glass door. Other things to note A 5min bike ride to Surfside pub at Beaumaris. Scamander is a 2 minute drive with a small supermarket (closes at 7 PM), a pub/restaurant/bottle shop take away, petrol station and post office. St Helen's bike tracks are 10 minutes away surf beach 2 minutes walk. Bikes and surfboards are available. Registration Details DA 234-18
