This private entrance, self-contained, air-conditioned space features Queen-sized bedroom, lounge/dining, free Netflix streaming, kitchenette (stone bench cooktop, fridge, microwave, sink, etc), outdoor covered exclusive-use courtyard with new BBQ + laundry access. Everything is a level walk: the lagoon pathway/cycleway to Manly Beach, gym, tennis court, cafes/restaurants, bottle shop, fresh food market, pool, bus stop to connect with Manly Ferry or CBD. The space We have lived in this perfect location for 30 years (we don't plan on moving!) and have just renovated the airbnb accomodation, changing it from 'shared spaces' to completely private, new reverse-cycle split-system air-conditioning, + fully equipped. Our space is free of cigarette or vaping odours. We live in the ground-level duplex (2 dwellings top and ground). You will have private access to your accommodation and exclusive use to all amenities in your own private space, connected by locked doors to the main part of our home. Wifi is strong and fast. A brand new Netflix compatible TV is in your lounge room, as is a fully equipped kitchenette (except for an oven, however, cooktop and microwave provided). A parking permit is provided for local street parking. Guests often provide feedback, 'sparkling clean' - be assured we will maintain this standard. Have as little or as much contact with us as you wish. Guest access All areas are private: outdoor courtyard and entertainment setting with BBQ , lounge/dining, kitchenette, main bedroom and bathroom. The laundry is shared. We do not access your private area but are available if required. Parking is on the street (permit is provided free). Other things to note Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the property, inside or outside. Smokers/Vapers would be more comfortable booking elsewhere. Guests found smoking or vaping will be asked to leave. Over the last five years of hosting, 2 guests have made comments about low level noise from nearby main road. This may affect you if you are used to a very quiet/rural style life. There are nice people living upstairs. You may (or may not) hear them.
