Coastal Mews House close to Beach

This beautiful two bedroom Mews House is ideally situated next to the stunning Felixstowe Lawn Tennis Club and a short walk away from the beach. The picturesque Felixstowe promenade with its colourful array of beach huts and numerous bars and restaurants is on your doorstep and the vibrant town centre is also within walking distance. This idyllic former Coach House provides the perfect base to explore all that Felixstowe has to offer. ake it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The space This secluded self contained two bedroom mews house offers a cosy ‘home from home’ feel and is decorated with a coastal theme of subtle shades of blues & greys. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should require for your stay. The bathroom has a shower (over bath) with glazed screen. Within the open plan lounge there is a flat screen TV, a comfy sofa bed and cosy snug armchair as well as a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests. The kitchen contains a built-in Neff oven with gas hob, microwave, built in fridge & separate freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as a kettle and toaster. The main bedroom is a generous size with a free standing contemporary style wardrobe and ample suitcase space and offers views over both the tennis club and the sea. The second bedroom has two single divan beds with storage drawers under (please note that due to the character of the property there is restricted head height due to the dormer window eaves). Please see both photos of bedroom two to fully decide whether the second single bed is suitable for your stay. There is ONE allocated parking space for the property. There is further (on road) parking available on Bath Road. There is a small private patio area facing onto the courtyard and parking area this gives a lovely little community feel. The patio area is for sole use of the guest and is laid to slate chippings with outside seating (it is worth noting this area is open and not fenced which makes it unsuitable for a dog unless on a lead whilst needing toilet.but other pets can be considered please ask) which can be accessed via the front door or through the sliding patio doors at the end of the lounge. Immediately adjacent to the house is the Felixstowe Tennis Club. Access to the property is via a secure key safe and code details are provided immediately prior to your stay. For the security of all our guests we have a doorbell camera fitted that shows the front door area only. Guest access Guests have access to all space. Other things to note There is ONE allocated parking space within the courtyard although there further ‘on road’ parking on Bath Road itself so should you have more than one vehicle you can park on the road easily.
