Bed and Breakfast located 500 meters from the shores of Lake Como and 1 km from the center of the village. BBLORI is located on the second floor of our family home, located on the outskirts of Gravedona ed Uniti, on the border with Dongo. The house offers spectacular views of the Lario and Monte Legnone from every floor and overlooks a large, well-kept garden. At the back, the property borders a dead-end municipal road and other private homes. The space Bed and Breakfast Lori is located on the second floor of our house, located on the outskirts of Gravedona ed Uniti, 500 meters from the shores of Lake Como and 1 km from the center of the village. In front we have a beautiful garden with a splendid view of Lake Como and Monte Legnone, while at the back the property borders the dead-end municipal road and is close to other houses, offering a quiet but lively environment, typical of village life. The property consists of three bedrooms, including our family room, consisting of two spacious and bright bedrooms with access to an equipped terrace and lake view. The other two rooms overlook the dead-end street at the back of the house, ensuring a cooler environment during the hot season, as they are only reached by the sun in the afternoon. The rooms are carefully maintained, with daily tidying and thorough cleaning of the bathroom. Linens are changed weekly and at each guest change. Guest access Guests of the Sapphire Room and the Emerald Room can access the common part of the terrace overlooking the lake exclusively during breakfast, served from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. By 10 a.m., you are required to leave the terrace and the breakfast room. Instead, guests in the family room enjoy access to the equipped terrace overlooking the lake (which is part of their room) throughout the day. During your stay I (Lori) will welcome you and provide all the necessary explanations about our home and, if you like, information about restaurants and what to see. I will prepare and serve breakfast and will also be present afterwards for cleaning, so we will have the opportunity to see each other often. I am present throughout the day as I live on the upper floor. Other things to note In the Family-room, the reservation for 3 people includes the use of both rooms: Topaz Room with double bed and armchair bed, and Quartz Room with two single beds. Upon arrival, we kindly ask you to leave your car in the free public parking lot located 100 meters before arriving at BBLORI. Alternatively, you can come directly to us to check in, after which we will show you the parking lot. In this case, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE CAR AT THE NEIGHBORS' ENTRANCES; leave it on the side of the road right in front of our house. Thank you.
