From there you will enjoy beautiful views of the Sorrento Coast, the Island of Ischia and the Gulf of Naples. The space The apartment, which measures 25 sqm, has been recently renovated with artistic and elegant details. Andrika Studio, an annex of a prestigious villa with a private descent to the sea, is reached via a flight of stairs that will lead you to a paradise. It includes a comfortable 160 x 190 bed, a bathroom with a shower, an American-style kitchen with a breakfast bar, and large open spaces. The TV is equipped with satellite and radio. The entire property has high-speed Wi-Fi coverage. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner gas stove, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules included for a fee), an Italian coffee maker, a toaster, a variety of small appliances and all the essential utensils and dishes for cooking. You will have access to the rooftop terrace, which is for your use only. The terrace is furnished with a table and four chairs, two luxurious sunbeds, an umbrella, a hammock, a rocker, a Weber barbecue and an outdoor shower. Just everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in the sun! The villa is in a sunny area, directly on the water, and includes private access to the sea a short walk from where you will stay. There is no noise from traffic or the street, as we are isolated by gardens and trees. The only sound you will hear are the waves of the sea, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. Access to the property is via a private staircase from a public square, where paid parking is available. Pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. From the villa, you can walk to the historic and picturesque village of Marina Lobra in two minutes, where you can book boat tours to Capri, Amalfi and Positano, rent boats with or without crew and enjoy the culinary delights of Massa Lubrense and the pleasant atmosphere of the fishing village. Marina Lobra (The fishermen's village) includes several restaurants, from simple to elegant, a tobacco shop, a mini-market, bar, diving center and a nightclub open on Saturday evenings in summer (July and August). It is also close to the Punta Campanella Marine Protected Reserve. This beautiful natural setting offers priceless views of the sea and breathtaking sunsets over the islands of Ischia and Procida, Mount Vesuvius and the Vervece rock. The nearby town of Massalubrense is in a strategic position, a few minutes away from some of the most popular destinations in Southern Italy: Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano by land, and the famous islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida by boat from Sorrento. From Sorrento, you can also visit Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples via the convenient Circumvesuviana train. Guest access You have access to your private area, including a rooftop terrace just for your use with a private whirlpool with direct views of the sea and islands, and private access to swim in the sea. We are located in the center of a world-famous region, surrounded by Sorrento, the Gulf of Naples, Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Everything is within driving distance by car, bus, train or boat! Access to the property is via a private staircase from a public square, where paid parking is available. It is possible to book a private paid parking lot about 300 meters from the property. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. Use of the mini-pool with whirlpool is allowed from 10:00 a.m. to sunset.
