The 140-square-meter accommodation for exclusive use consists of 3 double bedrooms, a living room, a reading corner, 1 bathroom with a bathtub-shower, a bright study equipped with a PC and unlimited wi-fi connection, balconies on all 4 sides and a large relaxing terrace overlooking the orchard. The house is ideal for hosting families with children. The space The apartment is entirely located on the first floor, the external access staircase leads directly to the large terrace that is equipped with a table, benches and a swing for pleasant outdoor relaxation overlooking the orchard. The study room is very bright and has a large window overlooking the terrace. All rooms have a balcony, as well as the bathroom that offers access to the north terrace, ideal for sunbathing in total privacy. The rooms are all double and are equipped with hangers and shelves for storing suitcases. We have assigned the name of a fruit to each room, and you will be free to choose your favorite room when booking. All rooms are equipped with unlimited 24H Wi-Fi connection. Inside the house, a reading space has been created with comfortable and lively armchairs, pillows and carpet for ideal comfort. A refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine are available. For your musical entertainment, you can freely use the stereo, bluetooth speakers or you can play the guitar, djembe, bonghi and other instruments that we have made available to guests. Guest access In the driveway to the house you can leave up to two cars, you will be given the keys to the entrance to lock them safely inside the courtyard that is completely fenced. The orchard is cared for with passion by Emi and Teti, the varieties of fruit trees that you can count exceeds fifty shrubs.
