Welcome to Lakeview Homestay! A perfect getaway for nature lovers who enjoy the simplicity of *home-away-from-home* A 400 sq.ft hall with a squeaky clean bathroom. Our homestay is surrounded by the native forest, overlooking the wild valley filled with flora and fauna. The property faces *Mulshi Backwaters* which can be seen through the porch, the swimming pool, windows, and even the parking! Welcoming all nature enthusiasts to visit our homestay and feel the peace this place can offer The space This *spacious* HALL design is perfect for weekend getaways. With 1 double bed, 2 single beds and one common bathroom, you’ll also enjoy outdoor seatings under the mango orchard and feel freedom in the raw natural breeze. Basic amenities like fridge, hot water and toiletries are included. The kitchen has basic utensils, tea, sugar & salt, and a single gas burner. This home can accommodate 4 guests with space for more. Extra mattresses can be provided on request. Extra guests have to be included while booking the stay. The entry door is connected to the porch which has access to the mango orchard & *amazing views* You will get a neat and clean home that invites you to do the same… From *photographers* to *riders*, all are welcome. If you don’t want a resort or a hotel, this *Homestay* is perfect for you. For our like-minded guests we have kept the place as raw and natural as possible, with rare species of birds and abundant wildlife all around. Guest access The *lake* can be accessed by car, bike, or walking. It is around 800 - 900 mtrs. from the property depending on which route you take. The nearest ‘town’ is 8 - 9 kms from the property, with villages in between. If you seek a place to meditate, read, trek, birdwatch, stargaze, or just sit in peace and do nothing, you’ll have a *delightful experience* here. Things to Keep in Mind – Key Notes This is a quiet retreat, not suited for parties or loud gatherings, hence DJ and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited The nearest town is 9 - 10 kms from the property so please carry your stuff in advance. Please Note: It is a self service Homestay, do not expect room service. Power backup is available via inverter only for lights Mobile networks that work best are Jio and Vodafone (Airtel does not work at all) Wi-Fi is shared between two properties The last 50 feet of road access is patchy, however cars can reach the property easily Insects and bugs may be present due to the natural surroundings CCTV cameras are installed for external security First-aid kit available Fire extinguishers are not available House Rules Check-in: 1:00 PM (Late check-in after 7:00 PM only with prior approval) Check-out: 11:00 AM Quiet hours: After 12:00 AM Smoking: Allowed only outdoors Alcohol: Allowed only in designated areas Events or parties: Not allowed Pets: Not allowed Pool Rules – For Your Safety & Enjoyment No Lifeguard On Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Foot Rinse Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt before entering the pool. No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only. Broken glass is hazardous and will incur a cleaning fee. No Diving or Rough Play: The pool is 5 ft deep jumping or diving is not permitted for safety reasons. Pool Towels not Provided: Please don’t use indoor towels for the pool. No Food in the Pool: Enjoy snacks at the garden seating area instead. Alcohol & Swimming: Drink responsibly excessive alcohol and swimming don’t mix.
