Sunset Suite is a beachfront apartment 150m frombeach and 1.27km from the center of the town. Away from the center of the city, it's a newly furnished, high design 60 square meter 1 bedroom apartment with a huge balcony with sea views. Hot tub is an excellent way to relax! NOTE! Jacuzzi isn’t available from 1 November till 1 April! BUT if weather conditions allow the operation,can ask 2 days before arrival,with extra charge of 25euro per day when the reservation has minimum stay of 4 nights! The space Entering the apartment there is a spacious air-conditioned area which consists of the living room, the indoor dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen with branded electric devices, a filter water machine and gas oven. The living room contains a large sofa, a 40” satellite HDTV and a desk. The living room offers direct access to the large balcony area with the outdoor dining table which seats four guests and an outdoor hot tub for four people. The apartment additionally contains an air conditioned bathroom with a double bed (1,60 x 2,00), with a 32” HDTV and a direct access to the balcony. Finally there is a bathroom with bath and shower and a washing machine. The balcony is fully furnished and equipped, and from there you can seamlessly enjoy your meals and drinks, the panoramic views of the Rethymno, the Fortezza fortress, the Neratze mosque and the mountain of Psiloritis. More specifically the balcony includes: - Outdoor Sitting area with a round couch and two poofs - Dining table for four - Hot tub for 4 Guest access Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoors and outdoors! Other things to note near the apartment is the bus stop,wich connect with the centre of the town... due to coronovirus buses pass every 45 minutes..before it was every ten minytes.. also 900m from the apartment is the bus station....
