Small house on the Bodden

Our vacation home on the Saaler Bodden has a lot of charm and is ideal for families with children. Looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? You've come to the right place! Also ideal for surfers! Because both here in Neuendorf and in Saal (also kite surfing), there are optimal conditions. In spring and autumn, you can observe the crane and goose train from the house and the field paths nearby. The Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park is right outside the front door! The space The house is located on Hafenweg in Neuendorf-Saal, a small quiet village on the southern Bodden coast. It's only 150 meters to the water. There is a small harbor, slip and sunbathing beach, which is especially popular with surfers and sailors. At the swimming area with a small sandy beach or on the wooden jetty you can swim in summer. A dreamy walk leads along the Bodden. The house is about 70 square meters, has two floors and is ideal for 4 people (+ baby). The house has a beautiful fenced garden with terrace (barbecue). There is also a parking space on the property. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen and an open living-dining room. In the dining room there is a fireplace, which makes it cozy and warm even on cold days. There are two bedrooms in the attic. In the one bedroom is a double bed, from here there is access to the roof terrace. The second room has two single beds. There is space for your bicycles in the shed next to the car parking space. NEW: We have two kayaks that you can use. Guest access Sole use of the entire house and garden. Other things to note The house was built in 1900 and extensively renovated in 2011.
