You will not find self-catering accommodation closer to Edinburgh Castle with the nearby restaurants, bars and shops of Edinburgh's Royal Mile at the bottom of the stairs! The apartment is entered via a main door on to the Lawnmarket at the top of The Royal Mile which takes you into a private staircase up to the first floor. This apartment really is in the heart of Edinburgh's tourist district and is a brilliant base for a group trip to Edinburgh, right in the heart of the action! It comprises modern kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower, additional shower room and separate WC. There are 4 bedrooms - 3 double bedrooms (1 with additional double sofa bed) and 1 with bunk beds. We also have a luggage room. The open plan living room/kitchen offers an sociable space with unrivalled views onto the Royal Mile 1 floor below. We've included a floorplan so you can see the layout of our flat. It fits 8 comfortably (3 couples sharing 3 double beds and then a further 2 people on bunks). There's also a double bed-fold down sofa for another 1 if there's 9 of you. As its such a central location we find most people like to eat out so we've organised the kitchen and living room to suit, with ample cooking facilities.
