The modern home is newly built and completely self-contained with private driveway, garden, yard and secured access. Beds - There is a queen-sized bed and an optional two single beds in the bedroom. The living sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. The house can sleep a maximum of 6 i.e. 4 in the same room and 2 in the common area. 1 NIGHT STAY POSSIBLE but fees will be revised to cover cleaning. Message to enquire. Entertainment - Free Wifi & flat-screen Smart TV. Australia channels are available. Phone signal is strong. Child friendly - Porta cot with linen available. Kid-sized tables, chairs and some toys are able to keep your children occupied. IKEA baby chair is available too. Should you require, we will be able to provide a bed guard for young children. Amenities - Comes with reverse cycle air conditioning and heater. The kitchen is equipped for you to enjoy cooking. Capel IGA, Cellar doors and cafes are just 4 minutes drive away. Coffee, tea and sugar are available. Towels and linens are provided except beach towels. Ensuite toilet is separate from the bathroom with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer supplied. Complete with washing machine, detergent, iron and ironing board. Instructions and recommended tourist routes are available in the House Booklet. You can mix and match your itinerary from wine tasting to farm visits. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home including alfresco, yard, garden and gated parking. Check-in is self-managed via electronic lock. Should you have trouble getting in, we will be able to speak through the outdoor camera to provide immediate assistance. There is no indoor camera. We value your privacy and the outdoor camera is purely a device for emergencies and can be switched off. Park inside the property and walk straight into our home.
