My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighbourhood, the people, and the light. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups. The space The Villa has a large open plan living area which flows on to a spacious deck that overlooks the pool area. Each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The front snug room allows you to catch the afternoon sun, with an additional ground floor toilet for your visitors guests to use. The garden is private and not overlooked, with a good sized pool (8mx6m). The surrounding residential area is quiet and secluded, though still has good access by foot to the facilities and nightlife of Puerto Banus and nearby La Campana. Guest access Entire house and grounds Other things to note The Gardeners usually visit the property once per week (Thursday's mostly) to clean pool and maintain the gardens. Take care when reversing out of the out of the drive as cars tend to approach the nearby corner too quickly. There is a mirror on the wall opposite which helps.
