Gorgeous self contained annex - views of Pen-y-fan

A one bedroom, self-contained, light, adorable stone annex with views of Pen-y-fan that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (3 at a squeeze) .It adjoins our family home overlooking the gorgeous Brecon Beacons in a lovely village 2 miles from Brecon. Ideal base to explore Mid and South Wales. Wake up to lovely views of the Beacons and birds singing. Near Cradoc Golf Club and stunning walks. Beautiful 20 mins drives to Pen-y-fan, Hay-on-Wye, Builth Wells and the 4 Waterfall walks. The space You have private access to the whole 2 storey property . Downstairs there is an open plan large kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, tea/coffee facilities and all utensils .Dining area with large oak dining table and lounge area with 2 leather sofas, smart TV with Netflix and wifi . The oak staircase leads up to the bedroom with a deluxe full-size double bed and really comfortable, full-sized double sofa bed and bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin -bedroom suits 2 adults +2 children ( ideally 12 and under). One of the leather sofas downstairs is a 3/4 sofa bed that can sleep a third child if necessary but it would make it pretty compact downstairs and would need to be put away during the day. Bedding and towels are provided, along with tea towels, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, cloths, toilet rolls. We'll happily provide milk, breakfast cereals and other bits a d bobs to start you off. You have private parking and a patio/seating area with table and chairs next to the annex solely for our guests. We follow the Airbnb 5 step enhanced cleaning program. Guest access We are 2 miles from the lovely town of Brecon with its promenade (with pedalo and boat hire) , river Usk for canoeing , swimming or paddle boarding , Brecon Cathedral , Theatre Brycheiniog at the canal basin at the start of the Brecon-Monmouth canal with boat hire and barge trips. Pony trekking and climbing centres in the area .Bike Park Wales 20 mins away. 5-10 min walk to Cradoc Golf Club and our guests can have reduced rates for a round of golf or week pass. Bus station in Brecon but no public transport to Cradoc. Nearest shop 2 miles away. You can access the annex by key safe left of the patio doors. Other things to note Our annex is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children generally ( ideally 12 or under) but we would consider 3 children if you're happy to use the small sofa bed downstairs too. It has one bedroom with a full-sized double bed and a really comfy double sofa bed in the same bedroom- there's a single sofa bed downstairs in the lounge.
