New flooring, new windows, doors, shower room, basin, tap, every single item is brand new and good quality. Small studio, private entrance. Single bed, en-suite shower, towels, shampoo. Tea, coffee, kettle, microwave, fridge, toaster, cups, plates. Guest access free street parking, garden area, entire space belongs to quest. Secure place with locked uPVC door. Other things to note Please take your shoes off all the time in the room. Bath towel needs to be put in after you had a shower in order to protect the new laminate flooring.
