The spacious living room, located on the first floor, has doors to the balcony with a beautiful unobstructed view over the countryside, a complete sitting area and television. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker (Senseo), kettle, fridge and freezer. There is free WiFi/WLAN. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor with a total of 6 beds: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (box spring) and 1 crib, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (box spring). The house has 1 bathroom with walk-in shower (rain shower) and double sink, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and on the upper floor there is a separate toilet. A highchair and bathtub are provided. Upon arrival, the beds are made and there are plenty of bath towels and kitchen linen. The house has a lovely terrace with complete terrace set, adjacent to a spacious lawn. There is also a storage room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. In the garden shed, you can put your bikes in the shed. It is also possible to bring your own boat. Close to the house, in the harbor of Roompot Beach Resort, is a launching place to launch your boat. The house has plenty of parking and a fenced garden.
