Little Lake Studio - a beachside apartment

We look forward to welcoming you to our little beachside studio on the beautiful south coast of NSW. Stylish, light-filled studio apartment across the road from Warilla Beach and just metres from the Little Lake. Relax with comfortable furniture, modern fittings and absolutely everything you need for a beach getaway in Shellharbour City. The space Our studio apartment is perfect for a single guest or a couple. It’s quite small, but if you’re travelling with a new baby and you bring your own travel cot, that’s fine - however, it's not spacious enough for a young child or a toddler on the move! Beach towels, books, magazines, cards, board games, WIFI and TV streaming services - including Netflix, Stan, Binge and Amazon Prime - all provided. The apartment has one queen size bed, a fridge, microwave, single element induction cooktop, a coffee machine, a toasted sandwich maker, a flat screen TV and sound bar for your comfort and enjoyment. Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you comfortable all year round. There are also spare surfboards and a paddle board available for use on our beautiful beach. Enjoy sea breezes, beach walks, fishing, surfing, paddling and estuary swims or kilometres of safe cycleway along the beautiful coastline. Self check-in with key in lockbox. Code provided on confirmation of booking. Guest access You can access the studio apartment by walking straight down the driveway, through the left side of the metal gate. The studio is directly ahead. The lockbox with the key is on the left of the studio door. Pull down the little black window, put in the code and then push down on the button and pull down the whole front of the lockbox - the front door and security door keys are inside. Please return them when you checkout. Other things to note We have a NO PET policy, although we are pet lovers. This is because we have a small family dog - Maxi the Moodle - that lives on the property and we don't want to risk conflict between animals. Sorry. Registration details PID-STRA-10704
