Kings Avenue - Natalia's Apt (sleeps 5, with pool)

My family friendly apartment is new on the rental market this year having just undergone extensive renovations. While being in the heart of the tourist area the apartment enjoys a quiet location. Private parking is available adjacent to the building. The apartment is conveniently located close to the Kings Mall & main tourist attractions such as famous UNESCO world heritage site of Kings mosaics, Paphos Harbour, Faros Beach, Lighthouse, restaurants and Bar street, all within a walking distance. The space LG smart TV, Apple TV and Free WiFi are all provided. The apartment has a specious terrace with a canopy from the living room side. The new kitchen is fully fitted with all necessary appliances. All the rooms are equipped with AC's that can be used for heating or cooling. Two free standing fans are also provided. Both bedrooms are light and airy and come with large fitted wardrobes. If necessary we can provide fold-down beds to accommodate two additional sleeping places (total 5 people). We provide you with bed linen, bath and beach towels, toilet paper, soap, and shower gels. Weekly change of bed clothes and towels provided. The hot water is supplied via solar panels. We speak English and Russian. Airport transfers (meet & greet) can be arranged. Paphos airport is 25 euros. Larnaca airport is 100 euros. Guest access No car necessary. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants are all within walking distance. The main bus route and bus stops are just outside the complex with easy access to a Coral Bay, Vardas and Coralia Beach and further to Paphos Zoo. Other things to note For more than 4 guests, we provide one fold-up bed. You can set it up either in one of the bedrooms or in the living room.
