Pets are not allowed in the property. The space The Redstart is a small migratory passerine bird, which winters in the African savannas north of the equator and in spring comes to nest in Italy. For many years, a very friendly family of redstarts has established its summer residence in the garden and, no longer too shy, lets itself be approached by those who want to observe it: our house is dedicated to this pretty bird. We offer users a completely renovated 1970s single-family home with exteriors and systems in energy class A+; 10 km from the "Ancona Sud" exit of the A14: we are in the heart of the Conero Natural Park, a short distance from the center of Camerano, the beaches of Portonovo and those of Sirolo. Ideal for those who love nature, cycling, birdwatching, the sea and sports. A large garden with olive trees, fruit trees, plants and bushes typical of the Mediterranean scrub, elegantly surrounds the house. The villa consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a stove and oven, a large bathroom with a bathtub/curtain shower, and a large living room with a fireplace. On the back, comfortable space for outdoor lunches and dinners under a brand new pergotenda with adjustable slats, outdoor tables, chairs and deck chairs. All windows and French windows in the house are equipped with mosquito nets. There are 5 beds available, distributed, as described, between the two bedrooms. We believe that the layout and distribution of spaces and services is ideal for families of up to 4/5 people or for small groups of friends. Guest access There are three entrances to the house: through the main entrance door and through the two French windows of the living room and kitchen. Other things to note Having carried out major renovation and redevelopment work, with a focus on environmental sustainability, we are looking for responsible and attentive users who appreciate the beauty of the property and the natural context in which it is located. For this reason, we ask for special attention in the differentiated management of garbage (as they are located in a virtuous municipality), in the use of the spaces and resources made available. It is strongly recommended to have a vehicle available, as the location is about 1 kilometer from the nearest bus stop and about 1.5 kilometers from the center of Camerano, served by the extra-urban line.
