I'm a traveller! This year, I intend to be away alot, so my entire home may be available exclusively! Ideally, seeking long term bookings (monthly disc)- but all requests considered. Downstairs are the kitchen and living areas of my modern 3 bedroom townhouse, just minutes from Scarness Beach. Upstairs with a bright Queensize bedroom, Guest lounge/2nd bedroom and a private full bathroom & toilet make this is an ideal base for work or holidays! There's also a delightful courtyard garden. The space Hervey Bay... where the Whales stop to play! And Kasbah by the Bay is just a 3 min walk to the calm waters of Scarness beach with a buzzing Esplanade precinct of tourist shops, excellent bars, cafes and restaurants and convenience stores. There is an exclusive use car park for you at the front door. Adjacent to my home is a popular, quietly undulating sealed cycleway and walking path. You can walk, jog or cycle the length of Hervey Bay accessing the CBD, parks, shopping, the RSL club and more. BED 1- Wake up to the vibrant early morning birdlife in this bright and airy Queen bedroom. BED 2- With a sofabed and Tea & Coffee facilities, this room is your own private lounge or can double as an extra bedroom. Your own private bathroom and toilet are adjacent. Guest access Centrally located in Scarness and only a short walk from the beach, my home is in a great central location! The rooms offered are upstairs with ceiling fans and ducted air con, although with great sea breezes- they're rarely needed. Tea & Coffee making facilities are provided in the sitting room , and you also have full use of the downstairs kitchen, living areas and courtyard if you wish. Ideal for holidays and temporary employment transfers/placements etc. During your stay Guests have use of the property as described. As a long term resident of Hervey Bay, I can offer you lots of advice of things to see and do in the area, alternatively- If you prefer your own company, I wil leave you to just enjoy your stay....whatever is your wish. Other things to note My home is centrally located, however several of the Hotels and Clubs in Hervey Bay also offer Courtesy Bus services for your convenience.
