To reiterate, such is under the local electric cooperative's control and not ours. We have never misled our past, present and future guests about this. PLEASE READ OUR PROFILE ENTIRELY to know the amenities offered. The place is located in rural Tarlac, kindly manage your expectations accordingly. Thank you. The space The space offers the experience of a private getaway in the heart of the rural countryside. It is a good place to meditate and to enjoy the peace and quiet. Parking is free within the gated property. There are two bedrooms inside the main house. There is a simple functional kitchen complete with an electric stove and rice cooker where guests can do their cooking. Such kitchen is also equipped with pots, plates, and utensils for the guests to cook and enjoy their meals with. The shower area is separate from the powder room. The two bathrooms/toilets are located both indoors and outdoors. Basic toiletries are also provided for by the host. ***The 2 air-conditioned rooms can only be occupied by 10 guests. The sleeping arrangement for the additional guests will be set up at the sala area, maximum of 3 additional guests only. Outdoors, there is an adult pool (7 feet deep) and a kiddie pool (4 feet deep). There are two outdoor showers in the pool area. For outdoor cooking, guests may use a charcoal grill. Bonfire area is at the back of the main house. Seasonal fruits and vegetables may also be purchased. Just ask the resident caretaker, Kuya Johnny. Guest access The main house, the pavilion, the pool area and the rest of the property are accessible except for the caretaker’s house and bathroom (all outside the main house). Also, we are currently restricting access to the kubo/nipa hut near the entrance. It should soon be available for occupancy once the renovation is done. Other things to note 1.) Please keep the area clean for our mutual enjoyment of the property. No littering and please clean as you go. Kindly dispose your trash properly. 2.) No smoking inside the house please. Smokers should dispose their cigarette butts in the proper trash bins. 3.) There’s no wifi at Poolhaus but we have board & card games that you can freely use to pass the time. 4.) Cellular signal is weak for all networks. However you can find decent reception at the pool & parking area. 5.) Bring mosquito/insect repellants. Poolhaus is located in a somewhat mountainous area and there can be insects particularly outdoors. 6.) A blackout may sometimes occur at anytime of the day/night but only for a few minutes. 7.) Do not leave your kids/companions unattended when using the pool area. Host will not be responsible for accidents accountable to the guests. 8.) You can bring your own karaoke machine, or we can also provide the karaoke machine upon request with an additional fee. 9.) If certain fruits are in season, they are for sale per kilo. 10.) If you come with pets please clean after them. If you plan to let them swim in the pool kindly inform us in advance. 11.)
