We overlook Riversdale Park and the Anniversary bike and walking path goes past the front door. We are 3min walk to the tram and 6 to the train which is a 20min ride to the CBD. The space The apartment consists of a 60 square meter kitchen/family room and has its own full bathroom and reverse cycle air conditioner. The kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine and plenty of storage. There is a queen size bed, a full sitting area with 2 couches and an antique blackwood dining table which seats 6 people. Other antiques include a roll top desk.
