Marion Bay --A dam good view

The apartment is self contained, comprising of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and an open plan modern kitchen, dining and lounge. The 2nd bedroom can either have 2 single beds or 1 king bed. The modular lounge converts to a double bed. This is non-smoking accommodation The unit is attached to our own house, but is divided by a breezeway which acts like an airlock. So quite independent from our house. The space the accommodation is a self contained apartment connected to the main house by a common breeze way. The apartment has its own entrance and carparking area. All guests have access to the large deck , and are welcomed to use the BBQ. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk around the dam and even throw in a fishing line (if you have one), as it has been stocked with rainbow trout. Other things to note To access this apartment, you will need to travel along a rough longish driveway, (approximately 1 klm), and may occasionally need to open and shut a gate as we sometimes have sheep in the home paddock. The property is situated on approximately 100 acres of land and is built overlooking a large dam. The dam can hold about 85 mega-litres of water, and when full, the house deck sits over the water!
