Location is superb at the end of the esplanade with local beach bars and restaurants on your doorstep while remaining quiet in the bedrooms. Bus stop is nearby and train station a stroll away. Cliff elevator to the old town within short walk where you will find quaint thatched roof tea-rooms and local bars/restaurants. Guest access Drop off area is underneath the building and level walk to the lift which is a good commercial lift to all floors. Tides Reach is only one floor up. Wheelchair access is possible to Tides Reach. Access to the small decked area at the rear is via French doors from the main bedroom. Furniture is provided on the balcony with a round table and two comfy padded chairs. Plus additional painted wooden table with 2 chairs with paddings available and kept inside. Other things to note The apartment is VERY comfortable for 4 people only. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bus will take you to the local supermarkets if you intend preparing meals. Lots of cafe's and beach bars if not! The property has no parking space but there are plenty of parking in front of the property in the esplanade.
