This tranquil villa is located on a 38 acre coffee estate. The villa has 3 large bedrooms and a beautiful sit out area with a spectacular view of the coffee estate. With a pool, cycles, lots of board games and a great estate walk you will always have lots to do. The estate is bordered on one side by an temple forest. For those of you who must work, we have Wifi. Visit us and enjoy the famous Kodava hospitality. The space Typical modern estate house. Very high ceilings. Large veranda and great covered sit out with fabulous view of the coffee estate. Other things to note Breakfast is included in our tariff. Optionally, we can provide a cook and assistant for the kitchen and meals for lunch/dinner.
