Cleaning & disinfection done prior to check-in. Big discounts for weekly/monthly rental! The space The guests will have full and exclusive access to this quiet 2-story townhouse unit. Space can conveniently accommodate 4, max of 7 people. The property is wifi-connected, and is furnished w/ a functional kitchen, 2 aircon rooms, 2 toilet & bath (w hot shower), a lounge area at the 2nd floor, balcony, covered garage, laundry area, etc. Kitchen essentials are included : refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, induction stove, electric kettle, cookware, dinnerware, glasses, kitchen utensils, placemats and coasters, etc. The unit is located in a secure and gated compound with roving guard and CCTV. We take utmost care in ensuring your safety. We thoroughly clean, sanitize and disinfect the entire property before guests check-in (deep cleaning/disinfecting, use of UV light, and disinfection by fogging machine). For late check-out, we charge 500 pesos within 1st 2 hours after which whole day charge will apply. Please make sure to coordinate with our Property Coordinator so she can get the key and clear you for check-out. - Housekeeping: Please wash used dishes, pans and dining/kitchen utensils. Please dispose trash properly into the garbage bags provided. - Please take good care and hold on to the house key. If you lose the key, we will charge 2,000 pesos for the replacement of the whole key set and installation costs. - Please CONSERVE ELECTRICITY. Kindly TURN-OFF ALL APPLIANCES AND LIGHTS whenever you leave the unit. Do not leave any valuables behind. - No illegal activities allowed. No more than 7 guests at any given time in the unit. No parties and No loud activities allowed that will disturb neighboring units, especially after 10pm. - Depending on agreement, we may require a security deposit. Please take care of the house like it was your own, as most of the stuff inside the house have sentimental value :) - We may ask you to sign an acknowledgement form containing an inventory of the things found inside the property.
