And - only 175 metres from the shore! The space Although our flat is in an old building, it has been fully refurbished (spring 2019) and boasts loads of details of the highest standards. The interior decorating was made with care and a lot of features were chosen with design in mind. You will be able to enjoy a large open lounge, dining area and open plan kitchen with plenty of cooking space. This spaces flows out to the balcony-terrace area, which overlooks the boulevard and the hill with the Hollywood-style "La Cala" sign in the backgound. There are a total of 3 Smart TVs, of 32", 50" and 55", and we include a connection to our Netflix account on all of them. We have internet TV with 195 international channels (Spanish, English, French, German, Scandinavian, Russian and more). The internet connection is 600 MB symmetrical fibre-optic broadband. The bedrooms have brand new beds with memory foam mattresses and new bases and are all of top quality and comfort. We provide all necessary bed linen, bath towels and also beach towels. COVID-19 UPDATE: We have increased the cleaning price in order to make complete disinfection cleans after every stay. On top of our normal intensive clean, all surfaces are disinfected with special products, with additional emphasis on light switches and all handles and leavers on doors, cupboards, drawers and wardrobes. Guest access Our guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. The terrace-balcony has a table and chairs for 4 people and the dining area has a large dining table which seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, mixer, coffee machine, kettle and a complete set of cutlery, crockery, etc. Other things to note We can arrange any special requirements you may have for your stay, for example for babies or elderly people, and we can also arrange your airport transfers.
