Located in the heart of a lively village, close to shops, the garrigue and a greenway for walking or cycling. 10 min from Nîmes Ouest and approx. 30 min from the sea, Camargue and Montpellier. Ideal for up to 9 guests, with plenty of amenities for young and old. The space 🌿 A house where you feel at home At Villa Oliva, you don't just put down your bags. We arrive in a warm and lively house, designed for sharing, reunions and simple pleasures. Here, everything invites you to slow down and enjoy the present moment, as in a family home. ☀️ In summer, a villa that is lived in… and especially outside As soon as the weather is nice, Villa Oliva opens up to the outside. The days begin around a coffee on the terrace, in the shade of the olive trees, while the heated pool is already sparkling in the sun. The water, maintained around 30 degrees, invites you to swim at any time of the day. Some settle on the deckchairs, a book in hand, while others enjoy the garden, play petanque or organize a game of ping-pong. Time seems to stretch naturally, without constraint. At mealtime, the summer kitchen becomes the heart of the house. We prepare good dishes together on the griddle, barbecue or pizza oven, we set the table on the large 40 m² terrace, and lunches and dinners linger in a simple, friendly and joyful atmosphere. At the end of the day, the pool still accommodates a few lengths in water that is always pleasant. As night falls, the garden lights up softly, the illuminated trees create a warm and soothing atmosphere. The pool house then becomes a real living space: we meet around the counter, we play pool, darts, we chat, we laugh... while some extend the evening in the outdoor spa, under the starry sky. These simple and sincere moments are often some of the most beautiful memories of the stay. 🛋️ The heart of the house The large 90 m² living room remains the true heart of the villa, even in summer. We sit on the huge sofa, watch a movie, chat, while others play foosball or leaf through a book from the library, rich in comics, novels, children's books and books about cooking and decorating. The TV offers a wide range of French and international channels, premium and children's. 🎱 Moments to share Right next to the kitchen, a large oak table naturally attracts. It also serves as a professional billiard room, which has become one of the favorite places for travelers. We cook together, we have an aperitif around the bar, we play, we laugh... and the evenings go on without seeing the time pass. 🛏️ Comfortable and welcoming rooms All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with screens. Two of them offer direct views of the pool and palm trees. • Country bedroom: queen size bed 160 × 190 • Bohemian bedroom: queen size bed 160 × 190 + baby bed • Vintage Room: 140×190 bed + 3 90×190 cabin beds (adults or children) 🍽️ Live in/out The fully equipped outdoor kitchen allows you to prepare delicious outdoor meals: sink, plancha, barbecue, pizza oven, Airfryer and hobs. The large terrace with table, hammocks and garden furniture invites you to relax, from morning to evening. 🧖‍♀️ Wellness & evenings under the stars The pool house is a real living space: bar, billiards, sauna, darts, elliptical bike and lounge area. After a traditional sauna session, the bravest can try the Nordic experience: a cold shower or a dip in the heated pool, for a feeling of total well-being. 🌳 Garden & Pool The garden, very shaded, is a real place of life. The heated pool from April to the end of October, facing south (8 × 3.50 m – depth 1.60 m), is equipped with deckchairs, an outdoor shower and a pool lounge. 🚗 Parking & peace of mind The property is fully fenced and has two private parking spaces. Secure public parking is also available just in front of the villa for additional vehicles. 🤍 Presence & spirit of the place We live in the immediate vicinity of Villa Oliva, which allows us to be available to welcome you, advise you and ensure the smooth running of your stay, while respecting the places and the spirit of the house. 🌿 In summary Villa Oliva is a house of sharing, memories and simple moments. A place that we really live in, for a stay… and that we often leave with the desire to return. Guest access The property has a private parking lot that can accommodate two vehicles, as well as a separate entrance secured by an electric gate. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking lot right next to the villa. To get to Villa Oliva, please use Google Maps and indicate "317 bis" in the address. ⚠️ Waze directs you to the other side of the property. Please let us know about 15 minutes before you arrive, so we can open the gate and allow you to park easily at the end of the driveway. We will be there to welcome you upon arrival and show you the house. Other things to note During your stay, it is possible to welcome guests for a day or a meal (birthday, family meals, EVJF/EVG...), up to 14 people in total, and only upon prior request and with our agreement. This must be done with respect for the neighborhood and the use of the equipment. For pricing and terms, please contact us before any organization. Outside visitors: We understand that you may wish to have family or friends visit during your stay. However, for safety, insurance and liability reasons, any person not included in the reservation, even without an overnight stay, must be requested before your stay. No requests can be accepted once the stay has started. A surcharge will be requested and must be accepted before any authorization. It is not possible to display a fixed rate, as each request is different. The amount is considered on a case-by-case basis and communicated before your stay. Outside visitors are not allowed without our prior consent. Bed sheets and shower towels are included in the service. The cleaning price includes this service; however, basic cleaning is required upon departure: dishes clean and tidy, dishwasher emptied, refrigerator cleaned, barbecue cleaned if used, trash cans emptied, and house left as it was when you arrived. The pool is unheated during the winter period. On the other hand, the spa, jacuzzi and sauna are accessible all year round, maintained and prepared before your arrival. We will be there to welcome you and introduce you to the villa. If we are not available, self access by lockbox can be set up. Check-in time is from 4pm, and check-out is no later than 9am. Due to ecology and comfort, please close doors and windows in winter. To access the hot tub, please go through the living room door: the bedroom doors do not close from the outside and let in the cold. Bathrobes are provided to access the spa and sauna. We live in the immediate vicinity of the villa, which allows us to be available in case of need and to ensure the smooth running of the stay. The entire villa, inside and out, is reserved for you strictly private. An EV charging station is a two minute walk from the villa, or a three minute drive to the Lidl de Langlade car park. ✨ We appreciate your understanding and wish you a great stay at Villa Oliva.
