Our cozy apartments are located in a new building in Vienna in the 2nd district right next to beautiful Mexikoplatz and very close to the 1st district, the Prater and Danube Island. These apartments are newly built and lovingly furnished so you can feel at home. The space The apartments are located on the 1st basement (access through the basement) in a new building. This two-room apartment with garden terrace is about 51 m2 and offers an anteroom with separate toilet, a spacious living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Behind insulated windows, underfloor heating, air conditioning, a modern equipped kitchen, newly tiled bathrooms and many beautiful, new furniture hides a new apartment that feels its charm. Guest access You will receive an email with a link to our Express Online Check-in prior to your arrival. Please just follow the instructions to check yourself in and get your access codes to the main entrance and the apartment. Other things to note The apartments are equipped with fresh linens, towels, shampoo and soap for your comfort. There are also a few Nespresso coffee capsules and tea as a welcome drink in the kitchen for you. For guests staying longer than a week, these amenities will be refreshed or renewed. Please note that air conditioning is only available in the summer from mid-June to August.
