It is perfectly positioned (approximately half way between Bega/Tathra and Merimbula), to take advantage of the spectacular Sapphire Coast and majestic Bega Valley countryside. Pristine beaches and unspoiled National Parks and State Forests are the perfect place for you to getaway. So why not go bush walking, swimming, boating, fishing or cycling. The space Coast & Country is pure magic! With stunning views across pastures set against a backdrop of treed mountain ranges, this is your perfect rural retreat. The farm has a mix of cattle and sheep (which can be visited under supervision), as well as hens and ducks which provide fresh eggs daily. We are also very fortunate to attract a wide range of bird species that regularly visit including, Kookaburras, Galahs, Magpies, King Parrots, Fairy Wrens and Finches just to name a few! So take the opportunity to sit back and relax on the large covered deck while enjoying the sights and sounds of the country. The premises has an attractive and very efficient slow combustion wood heater which is very popular with guests during those cold Winter nights! As an added bonus, if it is the beach you are wanting ...... then we are just a short drive to the many pristine beaches of the Sapphire Coast, including Tathra and Merimbula - the choice is yours! Guest access You have sole access to a very comfortable, modern fully equipped 2 (two) bedroom house. There is a very large lounge/dining area, a full sized kitchen with servery window to deck, separate laundry and a bathroom with a toilet, shower and bath! The living space opens onto an expansive covered timber deck, complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Other things to note Discover the ideal adventure landscape and reconnect with nature on the Sapphire Coast of New South Wales, halfway between Sydney and Melbourne and just under 3 hours drive from Canberra. All year round our national parks are natural playgrounds and the lagoons and seas are our wonder-filled aquarium. You will need your own transport - so having your own vehicle is the very best option for you get around and to see all the area has to offer. If you want quick access to the area then why not book a flight to Merimbula airport (from either Sydney or Melbourne). You will need to prebook a hire car from the airport, as Merimbula Airport is a scenic 20 minute drive from Coast & Country. Registration Details Exempt
