The place is a loft-type unit attached to another unit and a family house. It is located around a hundred meters from the national highway, with free parking area. Its very near Vigan/Calle Crisologo which only takes 2-3 mins.drive. The place is called “The Designer’s Lair” because the owners are an interior designer and a structural designer/engineer. The space The place is designed by the owner itself. It has a modern look, but still with a hint of Vigan because some of the locally sourced materials such as Vigan tiles and bricks are used. It is aimed to give the guests a cozy nice place to stay while on vacation. This loft is well-equipped with an aircon, hot and cold shower, smart tv, basic appliances, and a reliable wifi connectivity. The bedroom is located in the loft area and has a headroom of 5ft, and is intended mostly for sleeping. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, 2 guests will sleep on a double-sized bed, 1 on a single bed, and 1 on the couch in the living area. Extra guests, 5 y/o and above, will subject to extra charge. Guest access The unit is attached to another airbnb unit as well as the hosts' house but guests will have their own access and total privacy. Due to a right-of-way issue recently, the unit cannot be accessed by cars so guests needs to walk about a hundred meters to and from the property to the highway, where temporary parking area is also located. Rest assured that parking area and walkway is safe and secured. Other things to note You can enjoy the 39" smart tv with netflix, with a very reliable unlimited wifi connection, a hot and cold shower, and other basic appliances.
