Additionally, just outside the flat, there is a charming common area that serves as a landing leading to the Elle Lokko Concept Store. After the store closes at 7:30 pm, this breezy and relaxing space becomes an extra area for you to lounge or work in at your leisure. Other things to note Kindly also note the following: Water bill is inclusive in rent however additional charges might apply in case of excessive use or in the rare event of city wide water shortage that will necessitate purchasing from private companies. 300ghs initial credit is provided on electricity meter with guest topping up once that is consumed. 100GB data is also provided and guests top up after it is exhausted.
