Rental unit in Hanover

Charming newly renovated mini-loft with a stunnig view over the roofs of Hanover. All comfort, central yet quiet. The space I offer a nice and newly built little loft on two levels with a beautiful view over the roofstops of Hanover. The dwelling is absolutely central and calmly located in a reconditioned old building in one of the most beautiful quarters of Hanover. From here you will get quickly to the main station, to the underground, to many stores and to the large park and recreation area, the Eilenriede. Nice cafés, restaurants, shops and cultural facilities are pretty close around the corner. The flat itself consits of a large and airy room with heigh ceiling and a queen-size-bed on a second level reachable via a ladder-staircase. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and everything you need for breakfast or cooking. A comfortable sofa can be converted in a bed for a second guest. Apart from the main room there is a small entrance aerea and a seperate bathroom with WC and shower. It is perfect accomodation for a single traveller or a couple, but also possible for business partners or friends (just note that there is only one room to sleep in!). I would not recommend it though for seniors, unless very fit, as it is on the 5th floor without an elevator. Bed-linen, towels, TV and WLAN are of course provided and included in the rent.
