We take pride in providing you a place which is both homey and private. The place is only for you and your group to have a comfy rest. We are committed to comply to health and safety accommodation standards set by the Department of Health under the New Normal to mitigate the COVID-19 disease. The space Our home is tucked away in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood that offers a true sense of privacy and local charm. It's a quiet area perfect for guest to relax and unwind. The route includes a 200 meters of rough road which easily manageable by most vehicles but we recommend driving slowly and carefully with vehicles with very low clearance. Many guests would still find it to be a small trade off for tranquility and seclusion the area offers. Nearby is Camp John Hay which is 15 minute drive from the house ideal for outdoor spaces, picnics and morning jogging with local restaurants along Loakan road for comfort food to gourmet fare. Passing through Camp John Hay will be few passing by Baguio Country Club going to Mines View, the Mansion and Wright Park. The house is within our private property with adequate parking space up to 4 vehicles, hence, we are always at hand to assist your needs. . Whether you're here for quiet getaway our neighborhood makes a great home base. Guest access Guests will have full access and private use of the entire home during their stay. Whether you want to cook your own meals, lounge around or simply enjoy the peace and quiet, everything is yours to enjoy. Entire House wifi ready Fully equipped kitchen Living and dining area Bedrooms and bathrooms provided bed lines and towels for the number of guests staying Private outdoors space ( garden and veranda ) Free parking for on-site up to 3 vehicles Quiet hours though will still be strictly implemented from 10 pm till 7am with respect to our neighbors and co-guests. Please note: the road leading to the house includes a short stretch of 200 meters of rough road. It's manageable for most vehicles but we recommend driving slowly and cautiously especially during rainy weather and with a vehicle with low ground clearance. For clear direction please to don't hesitate to call us when using Waze and Google maps that may lead you to narrow and steep roads. Other things to note Only small breed pets allowed with additional pet fee of Php 400 per pet per stay 200 meters of rough road going to the house requiring extra caution for a low clearance vehicle while easily manageable by most vehicles. Toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste are not included Gallon of mineral water will be provided during the stay
