The space The more spacious of our two city-centre rooms, in a fantastic central Preston location just 30 metres from the High Street. The room features a comfortable kingsize bed with bedside tables and lamps, a Smart TV with Netflix, and tea and coffee-making facilities. There's a desk and chair, a wardrobe, full-length and makeup mirrors, plus an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Fresh towels and bed linen are always provided, and blackout blinds, curtains and triple glazing help keep the room dark and quiet. Please note this is a room rather than a self-contained apartment — there's no kitchen, and the bathroom and WC are shared with one other room on the first floor. Guest access Your room is on the first floor, accessed by stairs (no lift). The bathroom and WC are shared between this room and one other on the same floor, and are kept immaculate by our daily housekeeping team. There's secure storage for two bikes at the entrance. Other things to note We're in a lively city-centre spot, so occasional street noise is possible at night. The blackout blinds and triple glazing help a lot, and we provide soft earplugs just in case. Please note: this room is accessed by stairs, has no kitchen, and shares a bathroom and WC with one other room. Any questions before booking, just ask — happy to help!
