This 2-bedroom house on the top floor is situated in the lush village of Majorda. It's a 20-minute walk to Majorda Beach, a 5-minute walk to Carpe Diem, and close to some of the finest restaurants in the area. The space The house has two levels. My parents reside on the ground floor, while the upper floor is dedicated to Airbnb guests. Here's the layout of the upper floor: - Guests access the floor via a private entrance. - The living room, furnished with a Sony TV and cable, greets you upon entry. - Adjacent is a dining area with a table for six and display cabinets on the right. - Two air-conditioned bedrooms with built-in cupboards connect to the dining area. - The appartment includes one bathroom and a separate toilet. - The newly renovated kitchen is fully modular, equipped with a dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, gas stove, filtered water setup, and a washing machine. - A balcony off the kitchen overlooks the property’s rear, perfect for relaxing. Free Wi-Fi offers ~17 Mbps download and ~30 Mbps upload speeds, with no data limits. - Inverters provide minimal power backup for essential appliances and lights during outages, with emergency lights available. Outages, though rare, may last 30 minutes to 3 hours without notice. - NOTE: Two individual guests (friends) will share a bedroom with single beds. Couples or couples with an infant will have one bedroom. Other rooms remain accessible. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and pick fruits from the trees. We have several coconut trees on the property, so feel free to ask my parents if you'd like a refreshing drink.
