Only 400m from beautiful Palm Beach, 2-3 minute walk to the fabulous restaurants & coffee cultures of Palm Beach & public transport. We have 1 bright airy bedroom available with TV, AIRCOND, sitting area adjacent with tea/coffee / fridge / private bathroom / toilet / Hairdryer all on upstairs level. Guests in our home would have access to laundry (ground level) We would be available to help with any enquiries ✈️ Available for Airport pickup or drop-off $20 per trip 😊 check in by 5:00 The space Your bedroom, sitting room, your own private bathroom are situated next to the room at one end of the second level of our home, hence quite private. Family bedrooms are at the other end, stairs to second level & entry to home are in common. Guests are welcome to use laundry. Bathroom has Hairdryer and Straightener supplied. Guest access No access to Private kitchen on ground level . During your stay We prefer to give guests their own space whilst being welcoming and helping them to settle in. Other things to note Please note before booking check in is between 2 and 5pm NOTE : No Late arrivals.
