A guest/hotel room in a large apartment in Ohrada / Zizkov / Prague 3. Also, nothing in our place is low cost. I personally use this space and it is designed to provide the most comfort possible! The space I've refurbished this beautiful period apartment in early 2020. All fittings and furnishing are done to high specs respecting the type of the building itself. There are 3 bedrooms in total each with access to one bathroom, which makes sharing this apartment comfortable even for adults, coupes and professionals. - There is a private bathroom in the room (walk in shower only) - Additional shared bathroom with a bathtub also available - Top standard quality bed, linen, towels and essentials - Blackout blind in the window - Coffee/tea and cooking essential available in the kitchen - Use of well equipped kitchen with a dining table - SamsungHD smart TV - 500mb wi-fi - AEG Washing machine and a separate tumble dryer - BOSCH stove, oven and dishwasher. American style Samsung fridge with freezer - All bills included, no need to contribute to any expenses - Weekly cleaning included Guest access You will have your own lockable bedroom with an own private bathroom. The entrance goes via a shared hallway and kitchen/dining area. You can also use any of the utilities like washer/dryer, and if you fancy a bath you are also welcome to use our bigger bathroom next to the kitchen. During your stay I may or may not be around when you're coming, but i will be available on whatsapp in any case. Other things to note The apartment itself is on 5th floor and has 3 bedrooms. Situated on a well connected junction Ohrada / Zizkov / Praha 3 with 6 tram lines and 5 bus lines in front of the building. The downtown is around 10-15min bus ride away.
