Balcone Apartments are individual one and two bedroom apartments in a restored 18th Century Queenslander. Raceway Apartment is the latest to be listed. Positioned at the rear of the building. Undercover parking is available and we are within walking distance of the main street and showgrounds. The space This apartment has a functional bathroom and separate toilet, nice fully appointed kitchen with all you need to prepare your own meals, large lounge and a queen bedroom with built in wardrobe. The lounge has a sofa click clack bed that is also a double so we can accommodate 2 couples. We have chickens down the back yard that will love your food scraps. Guest access Warwick has free parking in town. Taxi and Uber. Many nice cafe's, restaurants, pubs, clubs and shops. Stanthorpe is 45 minutes away and Queen Mary falls are 30 minutes by car. Other things to note While we have nothing against Electric Vehicles, unfortunately we can't allow charging on our premises for two reasons. 1. If it catches fire and burns the building down our insurance will not cover the damage. 2. we are not prepared to cover the cost (approx. $17.50) per charge. There is a charging station on Yangan Road.
