Well planned 2-bedroom flat with balcony on the 5th floor. Located in the trendiest area of Helsinki - known as Kallio. The beautiful patio holds a nice outdoor picnic area with a grill and a playground for the kids. - King-bed, Queen-bed, and sofa bed - Next to bus stop & 150m from metro w/ easy connections - Professionally cleaned with pressed linens & 1 towel per guest (extra to be requested) - Buzzing neighborhood with chic restaurants/bars, vintage stores & groceries - Work desk in bedroom The space Bright clean lines and a modern feel are the eye-catchers of the apartment. The two bedrooms and the isolated kitchen make the apartment great for groups of 2-6 people, even for longer stays. The first bedroom has a large 160 cm wide bed with views to the park. The second bedroom has a 140 cm wide double bed and a working desk, also with a view to the park. The living room features a spacious sofa-bed, a dining table with 4-6 seats, a 40" Flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony. The fully-equipped kitchen away from the living space makes it possible to have a midnight snack without disturbing the rest of your group. The kitchen has an oven, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, water boiler, coffeemaker, toaster, and cooking essentials. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and a washing machine. A travel cot is available for 10€ per night, up to a maximum of 50€ per stay. High chairs can be rented for 5€ per night, up to a maximum of 20€ per stay. Guest access The whole apartment will be in only your use, make yourself feel at home! Other things to note Please note that in Finland, the standard indoor temperature is set between 18-21°C, per official guidelines. Central heating is capped at 21°C to promote energy efficiency, and heating costs are shared across the building, meaning owners and tenants cannot adjust the system. Rapid temperature changes may cause brief delays in heating adjustment. This system is common in the Nordics and supports Finland's sustainable energy efforts. Thank you for your understanding! Keep in mind that for environmental reasons, only one towel is provided for each guest. If you require extra towels, they must be requested 24 hours in advance at an additional cost of €10 per towel.
