Very close to EPFL/Lausanne: single family home

Very nice and big house close to Lausanne and UNIL/EPFL, with everything you need: parking lot on the property (3-4cars), grocery stores walking distance (5min. Denner, Migros), post office, Renens train station is a 10minute walk and it will take you everywhere! Huge garden (the property is 1000m2), nice and airy living spaces, open kitchen. The highway to the mountains and Geneva is 10minutes away from our house, it’s very quiet and relaxing, but still, you get to be so close to the city! The space The whole house is yours except for the basement! It’s roomy and ideal for families or a couple who likes having their own space!;);) We are currently renovating a full suite, so there will be an additional room to the house with shower and toilet (not included in the current price). The house can host up to 5-6 guests, depending on the length of the stay (there is an additional bed in one of the rooms and a sofa bed is available for short terms stay as it is in the living room). Guest access All of the house except for the basement. Other things to note We can be flexible with check in and check out, it all depends on our plans;) but we won’t let you wait for too long when you’ve just been on an airplane and all you want is to rest!
