PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS ABOUT THE PROPERTY IN FULL, ESPECIALLY “OTHER THINGS TO NOTE” BEFORE BOOKING The space Our 1 bedroom bungalow is self-contained & located at the rear of our home. Featuring a bedroom with DOUBLE bed and a clothes rack, and living area, with 3 seater sofa, kitchenette with convection microwave & two burner hotplate, panel heater, dining table & TV. Tea & coffee facilities are provided. The key will be provided in a lock-box with instructions given prior to your stay. Guest access Our Bungalow is the perfect location for guests who wish to experience the hospitality of a small country town. The property is conveniently located just a short 10 minute drive from Launceston airport, with Launceston being only a 20 minute drive away. Longford is the perfect base for those wishing to experience one of the world’s greatest regions for trout fishing in the Central Highlands with the Great Lake being only an hour’s drive. With some of our pristine beaches also only an hour away, this is the perfect location to satisfy everyone in the family. Other things to note Check in after 2pm and check out by 10am. It is expected that these times will be strictly adhered to due to the cleaning time required to prepare for our next guests. A change to these times may be available by prior arrangement, but not guaranteed, it is depends on when the next guest is due to check in. An additional single mattress on the floor can be provided for a 3rd guest, or if 2 guests are staying but an extra bed is required. Please note this additional bed must be requested at the time of booking, and the booking should then be made for 3 people, even if only 2 are staying. There is an additional charge for this. Guests do not have vehicular access to the backyard, parking is strictly on-street. Access to the bungalow is directly down our driveway, following the path straight to the rear of the property. It is a walk of around 50 - 60 metres. The bungalow water supply is from a water tank, and pump system, and as such the water pressure can fluctuate somewhat.
