Independent two-room apartment with bathroom and kitchen, immersed in the tranquility of the small lush valley of the Rio Cavanella: a stream that laps the property. Large garden and 2-hectare walnut forest available for walks and relaxation. The space The Chiaraboccola B&B is a two-room apartment consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen; the walls are whitewashed, many pieces of furniture have been made by us by recovering old furniture, or parts of them, and pieces of wood (such as the bed on which you will sleep, the bathroom luggage rack and bedside tables made from wine boxes); for breakfast you can taste homemade jams with fruit from our trees or friends, always organic or more than organic (without any treatment of any kind). A small balcony on which to relax overlooks a flower bed and everything is surrounded by the greenery of 2 hectares of untreated walnut grove, in which it is possible to take walks, lie in the shade or in the sun on the sunbeds without anything other than the noise of the wildlife disturbing the peace. The temperature is always a few degrees lower than in the city, even during the most sultry summer days in the house (thanks to the stone walls) the temperature is pleasant as well as in the shade of the trees, and in the evening it drops further, facilitating sleep. Guest access Guests will have at their disposal the two-room apartment with independent entrance and parking space consisting of bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, balcony; they can also take advantage of the surrounding forest. Other things to note The hilly area of Savigno lends itself to bike excursions both on the road and on trails, so we decided to provide 2 mountain bikes.
