Original features are complemented with open plan living allow for easy entertainment and family time, while allowing the bedrooms to be quiet places to retreat. The space Bedroom 1: The Master bedroom with a queen-sized bed has its own private bathroom, closet with shelves, and view of the front garden. Bedroom 2: Featuring a statement queen-sized bed, beautiful antique dresser and a feeling of space, this room lives it up while sharing the common bathroom. Study/Bedroom 3: Set up as a study or quiet retreat space, this room opens into the living area and features walk through access to the bathroom. On request, this room can be transformed to have a single bed or porta-cot. Kitchen: The heart of the home; fully renovated with oven, four-burner gas stove and stone bench tops. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to self-cater your meals or just grab a quick bite for breakfast. The rest: Kitchen flows into the open-plan living and dining area Relax in the sunny living area, complete with some tic tac toe or curl up in front of the 55” smart TV The common bathroom with two-way access (hall way and study/bedroom 3); includes shower and full sized bath. The laundry (if needed) has a combination washer/dryer machine. Off-street parking in the driveway and under the carport, along with plenty of street parking Outside take advantage of the table and chairs at the front of the house; or relax in the sun in a private courtyard off the living room.
