This is a very simple offering, a neat, safe, clean, bright Room - above the Centra Hotel Restaurant. A good size bed, wall mount TV and linen, towels and good hot showers. A small common area is good for making coffee or tea or warming in the Microwave. A fridge is available to keep some stuff cold. We have renovated now Nov18 - putting in a new Kitchen - stove cook top, sink and a new fridge. Note the only listing is Boutique Hotel - we don't think it is - it is a Pub Style Rooms The space Upstairs, looking across Yarra Street. Once a room in a Pub now that has been cleaned up, painted, and made contemporary. Share facilities. we just spent $8,000 on the kitchen - upgrading and making it decent and practical. Simple cooking is now made easy Guest access There is a Laundry where you can wash a load of clothes and dry. Please pay $5 downstairs at Office (with Wash powder included) A small communal "kitchenette" is available for making toast and coffee. A Cook top stove (no oven) bench top for prep and a Microwave for heating up. You MUST clean after use. We do not provide parking on week days During your stay If you need us - we are always (within reason) at hand. I am sure you want your own space. Other things to note This is a room, not an Apartment - see the price - super cheap just 300 metres from the middle of the City. South Geelong Rail Station is about 600 meters south. The accommodation is upstairs, it is an old pub now refurbished. There are 5 Airbnb rooms and several permanent guests.
