A small desk&chair, w machine, dryer, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, toaster, electric jug, coffee pod machine, reverse cycle AC in bedroom & lounge.Towels/bed linen. The space My apartment is located in a peaceful complex. You will need to climb 2 small sets of stairs to access the apartment (8 steps, a landing then 15 more). It is situated in the well established inner south of Canberra, within easy walking distance to many local restaurants, cafes and boutique stores of Kingston and Manuka. If you feel like watching an event at the Manuka Oval (cricket/AFL), you can be there in an easy 5 min walk, no need to worry about parking the car. The Parliamentary triangle, museums and galleries are less than 10 minutes drive away. Visit the Manuka pool, a lovely art deco building. Browse the Old Bus Depot Markets, open each Sunday 10 am to 4 pm located on Wentworth Ave Kingston. Canberra Outlet Mall is less than 10 mins away and for those passing through to the snow, Monaro Highway is under 10 mins away. Public transport is close by. Basic cleaning products are provided for your convenience. NB: I do not clean the apartment during your stay. There is one secure parking space for you. You may leave your car on the street during certain days and times but please observe the parking restrictions which are sign posted. Garage height restrictions are 2 metres at the lowest point. HOUSE RULES No smoking, parties, events or pets please. Occupancy is limited to two people. Out of respect for the full time residents, please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 9.00pm and 7.00am. Please ensure air con, lights and all appliances are switched off when leaving the apartment. Check-in is from 2.00pm. Check out by 10am. Upon arrival you will be able to check yourself into the apartment. I will forward check-in instructions closer to your arrival. Checking Out - When checking out I would greatly appreciate you leaving the apartment in the condition you find it, in addition please leave bed linens on the bed and towels on the towel racks in the bathroom. Please leave remote/key on the kitchen bench upon checking out. IMPORTANT: Either memorise or take your entry code with you when leaving the apartment to avoid accidentally locking yourself out. Do not leave the garage remote in your car as you will not be able to regain access to the garage without it. Also, please ensure you have a complete profile photo(a clear face photo), a little information about yourself and what brings you to our city when booking.
