The space 🇮🇹 I completely renovated my grandparents' house, everything is new, apart from the paintings and some furniture that I wanted to keep to create a cozy and elegant apartment. I have equipped it with everything you need to feel as comfortable as at home, with an eye to safeguarding the environment: during the summer, the water is heated by solar panels, the towels and sheets are made with natural fibers from organic farming and in the kitchen you will find several containers for separate waste collection. We also use natural products for cleaning as much as possible, prioritizing hygiene, especially during this time. 🇺🇸 I completely renovated my grandparents' home. Everything is brand new, except for the paintings and some pieces of furniture that I decided to keep in order to create a cozy and elegant space. I've equipped it with everything you might need to feel as comfortable as in your own home, with a focus on environmental protection: when possible, water is heated by solar panels, sheets and towels are made from organic cotton, and you can find different containers for recycling. Hygiene also comes first, but we try to use natural cleaning products. Guest access 🇮🇹 Guests will have access to the entire apartment. 🇺🇸 Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Other things to note 🇮🇹 The internal bathroom is equipped with a delicate system called "sanitrit"; it is important that nothing, other than toilet paper, is thrown into the toilet. Some information about parking: on the street it is free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and on Sundays, on Saturdays there is an hourly rate or €5 for the whole day, the other days the rate is €1.60/h. You can also use a private garage right around the corner; the rate is €2.50/h, €18 all day (from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.), €10 for the night. 🇺🇸 Please make sure you don't throw anything in the toilet bowl, besides toilet paper.
