They are staying in the other bedroom so the master bed room is available for occupancy (It has AC & attached bathroom). Living room and balcony/patio will be shared Guest access You can share the living room and patio. During your stay As per your convenience. My parents are retired so they will be there most of the times to resolve any queries. Other things to note Tea/Coffee: On the house!
